Modular cleanrooms are increasing in demand for electronic applications because they can comply with the rigid standards of microprocessor cleanrooms, yet are flexible enough to accommodate whatever you need to do your work.
Microprocessor manufacturing needs a high level of cleanroom reliability and a highly controlled manufacturing environment. Particle contamination can cause major problems in the product and production of microprocessors. Furthermore, humidity, static, out-gassing, and other contaminating and compromising conditions must be controlled for.
Our modular cleanrooms deliver the highest level of environmental control with the flexibility of modular design. Our Hardwall cleanrooms provide extremely high control over humidity, temperature, static, pressure, and particles, for Class 10 and above, while our Rigidwall cleanrooms provide high control with more flexibility, and our Softwall cleanrooms are compact, adaptable, and Class 100,000 to Class 10 capable.
Our Hardwall and Rigidwall modular cleanrooms make use of the existing walls and are free-standing.
